As more and more information emerges reflecting the utter disdain the NFL and its owners had for Kaepernick’s decision to kneel during the anthem, the stronger his collusion case becomes. Reports show that the NFL commissioned a poll to determine how fans would feel about signing Kaepernick, which is preposterous and clearly not a decision based upon his football skills. Did the NFL also poll fans to see how they’d feel about signing the myriad of players who have committed sundry actual crimes, to include assault, driving under the influence resulting in a death, violence against women, etc? As noted in the article, it will be interesting to learn whether this report was shared with the owners and thereby feeding the collusion claim.
