Seattle Seahawks Leadership, AKA Team "Bow Before Zod," Deposed by Kaepernick Lawyers

Article below by Raychelle Muhammad at inquisitr.com.  Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Schneider were both deposed in the Kaepernick collusion case; and one can only surmise that the questioning included the infamous “Bow Before Zod” incident where the Seahawks cancelled a scheduled visit with Kaepernick after he refused to unequivocally state that he would stand for the national anthem.  Which, obviously, has nothing to do with his skills as a football player.  Of all of the depositions up until this point, these two have the most obvious connection to inappropriate conduct by league officials with direct reference to the anthem protests against racism.  This coupled with the Cincinnati Bengals’ questioning of Eric Reid presents circumstantial evidence of punishment by the league for expression of a political viewpoint. Interesting indeed.

Colin Kaepernick and his legal team made their way to Seattle to depose Seahawks coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Schneider last week, according to Sporting News and ESPN.. The veteran quarterback has been without a job in the NFL since the end of the 2016 season and alleges that team owners colluded to keep him unemployed unless he stopped kneeling during the national anthem.
